MyRx is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will help manage day-to-day operations, assist with process improvement, and ensure efficient workflow across departments. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless operations in our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain records, track inventory, and update databases with operational data
Assist in developing, implementing, and improving operational processes
Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute strategic initiatives
Address and resolve customer service inquiries and complaints
Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed
Generate regular reports on key operational metrics and performance
Manage documentation, filing, and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
0-2 years of experience in an operations role or fresher
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of operational procedures and best practices preferred
