We are Looking of Operation Executive.

Key Responsibility Areas

Job Role: Operations Executive

Brand: Femina Flaunt Studio Salon - By The Times Group

Locations: Pune - All Femina Flaunt salons (currently Koregaon Park, Prabhat Road, Viman Nagar)

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Timing: 11.00am to 8.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and Drive sales at Franchise outlets and implement upselling/cross-selling strategies across every Femina Flaunt Studio Salon outlet in Pune.

Build local tie-ups & marketing initiatives to boost footfall, sales and strengthen brand visibility in every salon catchment area (3km radius).

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operations including but not limited to royalty collection.

Oversee training & development, ensuring staff deliver premium brand service standards using approved Brands and Products.

Conduct audits & compliance checks; prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

Objective: Ensure all Femina Flaunt Studio Salon outlets in Pune operate seamlessly, achieve revenue growth, and maintain the brand's premium service excellence.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
