Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Support
Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities
Ensure timely execution of operational processes and workflows
Monitor operational data and prepare basic reports
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients as required
Track tasks, follow up on pending actions, and ensure closure
Support scheduling, documentation, and process adherence
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records, MIS, and operational documentation
Prepare reports on operations performance and status updates
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
Quality & Compliance
Ensure operational processes comply with internal guidelines
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Support audits and compliance-related activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
0-2 years of experience in operations or coordination roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in consulting, service, or professional services firms
Basic knowledge of process improvement or MIS reporting
