The Junior Operations Executive will support smooth day-to-day operations across all stores, with a key focus on updating and maintaining tasks in
Wrike
(project management tool). The role involves coordinating with store teams, monitoring compliance, ensuring accurate reporting, and assisting in operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain daily operational tasks in
Wrike
for all stores.
Monitor task progress, deadlines, and escalate delays or issues.
Coordinate with Store Managers and Executives to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across stores.
Support stock audits, roster updates, and compliance checks when required.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on operations status.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Ensure proper communication between stores and the operations head office.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Degree
0-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project management (freshers may apply).
Familiarity with
Wrike
or other task management tools is an added advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
