Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
Delivery Support:
Assist in planning and execution of deliveries to ensure timely dispatch.
Coordinate with logistics partners and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Purchasing & Procurement:
Handle sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, supplies, and equipment.
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate for the best quality and cost.
Track inventory levels and place orders as required.
General Support:
Provide assistance to other departments wherever required.
Support administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless business functions.
Requirements:
Higher secondary or Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in operations, procurement, or production support.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
