Monitor and manage day-to-day hospital operations to ensure quality service delivery.
Coordinate with various departments (OPD, IPD, Emergency, Diagnostics, Housekeeping, Security, etc.) to ensure seamless functioning.
Supervise non-clinical staff and support functions to ensure cleanliness, safety, and patient comfort.
Maintain operational checklists and ensure timely availability of required materials and services.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback effectively to improve satisfaction levels.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
Support the implementation of NABH or other accreditation-related processes.
Assist in vendor management, facility management, and inventory control.
Maintain operational records and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and ensure readiness of critical services.
Train and guide support staff on operational protocols and customer service.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare service delivery.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hospital accreditation standards (NABH) is an added advantage.
