Key Responsibilities
Engage in cold calling and outreach to promote our tournaments, facilities, and services.
Manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of events and matches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth.
Ensure high standards of customer experience and operational excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in cold calling, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Basic understanding of cricket and a genuine enthusiasm for the sport.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Language: English, Tamil
