Handle day-to-day back-office operations and maintain accurate records.
Prepare, verify, and manage documentation related to clients, vendors, and internal processes.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and order status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and service delivery.
Maintain and update customer databases, reports, and trackers.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Support management in preparing MIS reports and handling administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in back-office, operations, or customer support (Freshers with good skills may also apply).
