Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our

E-commerce Operations team

. Whether you are a fresher, recent graduate, or looking for an internship opportunity, this role will give you hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, online business management, and digital commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily order processing, dispatch coordination, and returns management. Support in creating and updating product listings (content, images, pricing, etc.). Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams. Help track sales, prepare reports, and analyze e-commerce performance. Learn to work on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other online marketplaces. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) for smooth workflow. Provide support during promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills preferred (training will be provided if needed). Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Final year student / Freshers from any stream (Business, Management, Commerce, or related field preferred). No prior experience required - training will be provided. Internship or entry-level candidates welcome.
