Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, operations) for post-sales processes.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up for documentation, payments, and updates.
Track customer satisfaction and support improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in CRM/customer service, preferably in real estate.
Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
