About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to be the backbone of our tuition centre's daily functioning across our Perinthalmanna and Nadappuram locations. This full-time, permanent position is vital for maintaining the administrative efficiency, logistical flow, and seamless execution of all academic and centre activities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and can successfully manage diverse operational responsibilities to ensure an excellent experience for students, parents, and faculty.

Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses a wide range of essential functions crucial for the smooth running of the centre:

I. Centre Administration & Logistics

Daily Operations Management: Oversee and support the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth centre functionality.
Resource and Inventory Control: Manage the procurement of stationery, study materials, and operational supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and track usage to prevent shortages.
Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain and organize all administrative files, records, and documentation for quick access and institutional compliance.
Facilities Oversight: Monitor the optimal use of utilities (electricity, water) and assist in resolving minor infrastructure and maintenance issues to keep classrooms operational.
II. Academic & Faculty Support

Instructional Material Coordination: Assist faculty with the preparation, printing, scanning, and distribution of necessary study materials to students.
Classroom Management: Support timetable coordination , classroom readiness, and allocation of academic resources.
Event Planning: Provide logistical support for scheduling and organizing faculty meetings, student events, workshops, and academic seminars.
III. Examination and Compliance

Test Coordination: Provide end-to-end operational support for tests and examinations, including organizing seating arrangements, distributing materials, and ensuring a smooth, supervised execution.
Administrative Reporting: Prepare and compile operational reports , official communications, and presentations for Academic Coordinators and management.
Standards Assurance: Ensure all administrative processes, including document filing and retrieval, adhere to institutional standards and compliance requirements.
IV. Student Onboarding & Communication

Admissions Assistance: Support the student admissions and enrollment process , focusing on accurate document collection, verification, and filing.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key point of contact to coordinate with students and parents, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in operations, administration, or academic support roles is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Core Competencies:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal coordination skills.

Proven ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
