Job Description

Verify branch transactions and customer documentation, including KYC and customer profiles.

Approve payment or loan disbursal following document and collateral verification.

Monitor branch gold stock levels, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Prepare and submit regular MIS reports to the Operations Head.

Coordinate with front?line teams to support operational workflows and customer handling.

Maintain adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory norms related to gold loan disbursals and recycling.
