Process new insurance proposals, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
Verify application forms, KYC documents, medical reports, and other required paperwork.
Coordinate with underwriting, sales, and claims teams for smooth policy issuance.
Operations & Coordination
Track end-to-end policy lifecycle, ensuring SLAs and TATs are met.
Handle data entry, system updates, and maintenance of accurate records on internal platforms.
Assist in preparing operational reports, MIS, and dashboards.
Customer & Internal Support
Respond to internal stakeholder and customer queries related to policy status, documentation, and processes.
Liaise with insurers, TPAs, brokers, and other partners for policy servicing.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal compliance guidelines.
Conduct regular quality checks on documentation and processes.
Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.
Claims Support (If Applicable)
Coordinate initial claims documentation between customers and claims teams.
Track claims status and ensure timely communication.
