Job Description

? Support partner in day-to-day operations, deliver on operational plans against the strategic vision for the company
? Establish an operating rhythm of the business to ensure the partner stores are running efficiently
? Own all Business Metrics relation to Instamart for their zones
? Manage a team of Leads for delivering unparalleled business performance for catering to Instamart Demand and for delivering best customer experience
? Own consumer experience on aspects such as order fulfilment, SLA adherence, quality etc.
? Find and pursue operating cost reduction opportunities for maintaining strong P&L
? Support partner to improve Store Manpower efficiency, improve order fill rates, optimize ambient and cold storage space and manage stringent processes to reduce pilferage
? Support partner in maintaining the highest levels of stock availability and CX metrics and support growth drivers
? Support stock management, stock movement across multiple phases and audits
