Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Support
Assist in managing daily operational activities
Ensure tasks are completed as per SOPs and timelines
Monitor productivity and service quality
Team Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Support shift planning and task allocation
Escalate operational issues to seniors when required
