Job Title: Operations & Sales Executive

Friendzo is a growing coliving brand providing hassle-free, fully furnished rental accommodations with zero brokerage and modern amenities. We are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

Operations

Manage day-to-day property operations (tenant queries, maintenance coordination, vendor follow-ups). Ensure smooth move-in and move-out processes. Track rent collections, deposits, and agreements. Monitor housekeeping, security, and overall tenant satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on occupancy, revenue, and expenses.

Sales

Drive tenant acquisition through calls, visits, and local partnerships. Conduct property tours and explain amenities to potential tenants. Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets. Handle inbound and outbound sales leads (social media, website, walk-ins, brokers). Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Management or related field. 0-2 years of experience in Operations/Sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a "get-things-done" attitude. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
