About the Role:
Bharat Agrolink is seeking a sharp and proactive Operations Executive to support day-to-day activities across logistics, vendor management, product onboarding, customer coordination, and internal execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a fast-growing agri-tech marketplace operates at the backend and contribute across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily order tracking, vendor follow-ups, and issue resolutions
Help upload and update product listings as per standardized content formats
Coordinate with vendors for missing data, images, and catalog details
Support in maintaining operational dashboards and reports
Document and follow SOPs for logistics, listings, returns, and SLA adherence
Assist in processing return/refund requests, and basic customer follow-ups
Support the founder/team in execution of pilot tests, new feature tracking, and feedback loops
Work on internal process documentation, market research, and checklists
Who You Are:
A fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets, emails, and basic documentation tools
Good written communication in English and Hindi
Interested in agri-tech, logistics, or e-commerce
Ready to take ownership of delegated tasks and learn quickly
Bonus: Familiarity with product listings, marketplaces, or agri inputs
