Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures
Overlooking the daily functions of the business
Creating short and long-term operational goals
Maintaining a healthy relationship with Bankers and connectors
Provide sales support and guidance to the team, including training on sales tools, processes, and techniques
Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records, sales pipelines, and contracts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives
