We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day operational activities. The role involves handling customers, ensuring the safety and upkeep of hardware, managing online listings, and contributing to content through blogs. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced experiential environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Explain experiences, packages, and safety guidelines clearly
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and on-ground issues efficiently
Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience from entry to exit
Hardware & Safety Management
Operate, monitor, and maintain VR and related hardware
Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of all equipment
Conduct routine checks before and after sessions
Report technical issues and coordinate for repairs when required
Operations & Listings Management
Manage and update business listings on platforms such as Google, booking portals, and other relevant sites
Ensure accurate information, pricing, timings, and visuals on all listing platforms
Monitor reviews and assist in maintaining a positive online presence
Content & Blog Writing
Write basic blogs related to gaming, VR experiences, events, and updates
Coordinate with the marketing team for content ideas and publishing schedules
Ensure blogs align with brand tone and objectives

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
