Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to manage and streamline daily operational activities in our EdTech organization. The role involves coordinating with academic, sales, tech, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of courses, student satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operational activities related to course delivery and student onboarding Coordinate with faculty/trainers for scheduling classes, sessions, and assessments Monitor student lifecycle: enrollment, attendance, progress tracking, and completion Handle LMS operations: content uploads, batch creation, access management, and reporting Resolve operational issues raised by students, faculty, or internal teams Maintain and update operational data, MIS reports, and dashboards Support sales and customer support teams with backend operations Ensure SOP compliance and suggest process improvements Coordinate with tech/product teams for platform-related issues Manage documentation, reports, and internal communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication skills (verbal & written) Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Familiarity with LMS platforms (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced EdTech environment Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Preferred Skills:

Experience in EdTech, education, or training industry Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Basic understanding of online learning models and digital platforms
