Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 10 AM - 6 PM | Sat: 10 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities:

Manage daily e-commerce operations including orders, inventory, and customer support
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries
Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency
Work with marketing and IT teams to ensure smooth website performance
Handle customer escalations and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Any)
1-3 Years Experience in e-commerce operations
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, Excel, and inventory/order management systems
