The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordination across teams, timely execution of tasks, and process discipline. The role demands strong follow-through, organisation skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
Manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless functioning of the organisation
Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams and ensure timely closure
Support implementation of internal processes, SOPs, and workflows
Maintain operational trackers, reports, and dashboards
Support scheduling of meetings, follow-ups and client engagement
Handle ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by management
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong organisational and task management skills
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, email, and basic digital tools
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate (Commerce / Management preferred)
1 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
Experience in professional services, consulting, or community-based organisations is an advantage
