Job Summary:

The Deep Cleaning Operations Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all deep cleaning activities across assigned sites. The role ensures high-quality service delivery, efficient manpower deployment, adherence to safety standards, and client satisfaction while meeting operational and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Plan, schedule, and supervise deep cleaning operations at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Ensure timely completion of deep cleaning projects as per client requirements and contracts. Conduct site inspections before and after deep cleaning activities.

Manpower Management

Recruit, train, and deploy deep cleaning staff effectively. Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation. Monitor staff attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance.

Pay: ₹10,340.73 - ₹34,556.47 per month
