Manage daily operations, monitor Ops group messages, and update CRM.
Track and share daily operational stats.
Handle customer issues related to equipment quality and service; log and resolve concerns.
Coordinate with inventory for stock management.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and work allocation.
Visit clients for feedback and invoice follow-ups.
Build and maintain vendor and client relationships.
Create, review, and process invoices; ensure timely payments.
Support basic accounting tasks and maintain financial records.
Assist HR Manager with salary compilation and payroll inputs.
Support and oversee hiring processes.
Implement SOPs and drive workflow/process improvements.
Requirements
4-7 years' experience in operations/customer service.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage field visits and multitask efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
