Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues related to equipment quality and service.
Coordinate with the inventory team to monitor and maintain stock levels.
Resolve customer complaints and drive process improvements.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and work allocation.
Visit clients for feedback collection and invoice follow-ups.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and operational partners.
Review, approve, and process operational invoices; ensure timely payments.
Work with management to implement policies, SOPs, and improve workflows.
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related roles.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage field visits and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good proficiency in MS Office and operational tools.
