Job Title - Operations Executive for Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: 1. Production & Process Management Coordinate with the Production, Sales Coordinator, Inventory, Logistic team to optimize manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 2. Inventory & Supply Chain Management Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw material sourcing. Track material movement and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery. Work with vendors and transporters to streamline supply chain operations. 3. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams for smooth operations. Maintain records of operational data and prepare reports for management. Address and resolve operational challenges proactively. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Any field. 2-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the building materials industry. Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, Strong and Effective communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
