Responsibilities:
Process seafarers' flag-state licenses before their travel or vessel joining.
Arrange courier dispatch of full-term flag documents to vessels or crew.
Update and maintain monthly expiry reports for all flag-state documents.
Coordinate with flag administrations and crewing teams for timely documentation.
Track, record, and file all flag certificates for audit and compliance readiness.
Monitor renewals and ensure all certificates remain valid before expiry.
Handle document verification and follow up on pending applications.
Support audits and provide necessary flag-state documentation when required.
Experience required:
Min 1 Year of experience in flag department
Required candidate from Navi Mumbai location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
