Key Responsibilities:
Manage car rental reservations and ensure smooth coordination with clients and drivers
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and modifications via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor the availability of cars and ensure timely dispatches.
Coordinate with the operations team to manage the fleet, drivers, and other logistics.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in car rental services or a similar customer service role.
Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
Ability to manage schedules regularly.
Proficiency in computer systems, including reservation software.
A customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
