The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all marketing processes, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, effective use of budgets, and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage day-to-day marketing operations and team activities.
Coordinate with creative, digital, and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns on time.
Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of funds.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
Oversee vendor relationships -- agencies, event partners, and media channels.
Maintain marketing tools, CRM, and automation platforms for campaign management.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Support campaign planning, promotions, events, and lead generation activities.
Develop process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and performance.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations
Strong understanding CRM systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
