Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact in the maritime industry? SG Shipping Private Ltd is seeking an Operation Executive to join our team and help us maintain efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and enquiries promptly and accurately. Provide regular updates on the status of client orders. Liaise with customers, agents, service providers, boat crew, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with customer order requirements. Monitor job orders and maintain accurate timesheets. Prepare and communicate invoicing information timely. Maintain event data and records accurately in the system. Communicate discrepancies/issues to the supervisor/manager. Prepare operational reports as required. Handle any ad-hoc work instructions/administration duties from the supervisor/manager. This is a shift-based role with 24/7 operations, and work days will be scheduled as per the roster.
Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in any subject; Maritime or logistics-related qualification is a plus. 1-2 years of experience as a coordinator/dispatch handler in a client-facing, logistics industry. English fluency is a must. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing and demanding environment. Self-discipline, initiative, responsibility, independence, and keen attention to detail. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel). Willingness to work in shifts, overtime, and weekend duties.

ONLY MARINE RELATED EXPERIENCE OF 2-4 YEARS WILL B CONSIDERED
