Project Coordination: Managing project timelines, resources, and tasks, while collaborating with consultants and clients to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
Operational Efficiency: Optimizing internal processes, implementing new workflows, and utilizing tools to enhance productivity and service quality.
Client Support: Acting as a primary contact for operational inquiries, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate project records, preparing essential operational reports, and organizing critical maritime and project-related documents.
Resource Management: Assisting with the allocation of personnel and other resources, and coordinating with vendors as required.
Please note, this is a full-time position, not part-time.
