1. Building the channel partner network in different micro-markets for effective lead generation
2. Generating tenant leads through the channel partner network
3. Ensuring support to marketing team for gathering requisite video & images of projects and
apartment
4. Ensuring support to marketing team in various marketing related activities like listing verification etc
5. CRM updating of apartment inventory details
6. Tenant site-visits and giving orientation of apartment & project to the tenants
7. Co-ordination with site & head office teams for various site related activities & support
8. Vendor co-ordination & support at site level
9. Coordination of various activities for ensuring smooth tenant move-in
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
