Responsible for counting and punching inward and outward
Delivery Challans (DCs)
for purchases and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of all purchase and delivery documents.
Ensure all documentation is updated and filed in a timely and organized manner.
Order Fulfillment:
Ensure all sales orders are packed and ready for dispatch within stipulated timelines.
Coordinate with the purchase and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery operations.
Warehouse Operations:
Track the time taken to pack and dispatch orders after order receipt.
Monitor and record the time taken to inward stock into the warehouse.
Support daily stock reconciliation and stock movement records.
Performance Monitoring:
Track daily sales orders created vs. orders received.
Analyze operational performance metrics such as packing time, dispatch time, and stock inwarding efficiency.
General Warehouse Support:
Assist in physical stock counting and warehouse organization.
Support warehouse housekeeping and compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, warehouse management, or supply chain.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
