Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues related to equipment quality, service, and other concerns.
Work closely with the inventory manager and team to monitor and maintain inventory.
Address and resolve customer complaints; suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and work hours.
Visit clients for feedback collection and invoice-related matters.
Maintain relationships with key vendors and operational partners.
Review, approve, and process operational invoices; ensure timely payments and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and systems.
Analyze and improve workflows, processes, and overall operational efficiency.
