We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Operations Executive

to manage day-to-day ground operations for our truck-based material and cargo shifting services in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for

generating leads, finalizing bookings, managing labours and freelance drivers

, and ensuring the smooth handling and transportation of customer goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and finalize cargo shifting bookings Coordinate with customers and ensure excellent service Hire and manage labours for loading/unloading Hire and coordinate with freelance truck drivers Supervise on-ground operations and loading/unloading work Ensure safe and damage-free handling of customer material Maintain basic documentation and updates of each job

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/transport operations or similar field Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle labours teams and fieldwork Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage Must be responsible and punctual
