Hospital Administrator

to oversee operations and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day operations of the fertility centre, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction. Manage hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. Coordinate patient services, appointments, admissions, and discharge procedures for seamless patient experience. Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, medical ethics, and hospital policies. Handle budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to ensure operational sustainability. Oversee procurement and inventory management of medical supplies, equipment, and consumables. Support the medical director and clinical team in implementing quality improvement initiatives. Manage facility maintenance, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and government bodies as required.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration

(preferred). Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in hospital or clinic administration, preferably in IVF, fertility, or specialty care centres. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hospital management systems (HMS) and MS Office tools. Knowledge of healthcare compliance, NABH standards, and medical record management. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure.
