Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of all processes.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of tasks and customer orders.
Monitor workflow, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements.
Handle inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Track performance metrics and assist in planning and resource allocation.
Provide support during peak periods, special projects, and audits.
Communicate effectively with departments such as sales, production, logistics, and customer service.
Resolve operational issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
