Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end project operations from site initiation to closure.
Review and control project documentation, measurements, and billing accuracy.
Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and profitability.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution.
Maintain and track project data, audits, and reports using Trello.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and project timelines.
Facilitate communication with internal departments, vendors, and clients.
Assist in project performance analysis and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
2-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or construction management.
Strong understanding of BOQs, billing, project scheduling, and budgeting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and auditing ability.
