Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage
weekly/bi-weekly academic schedules

Maintain
attendance and student records

Track
student performance
and share progress updates.
Identify variations between the scheduled plan and actual performance, and take necessary corrective actions.
Coordinate with the
sales team
on batches and admissions.
Manage
fee collection
, receipts, and documentation.
Prepare
two-week operational plans
for staff and trainers.
Conduct
one-on-one student support sessions
and follow-up after course completion.
