Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive at Offenso Hackers Academy, located in Trivandrum. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of activities, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, managing resources, analyzing operational data, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies. The Operation Executive will also act as a point of communication between teams, addressing queries and driving improvements in processes and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to effectively oversee and optimize daily activities and workflows. Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, interpret data, and implement efficiency improvements. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate across teams and foster a productive work environment. Relevant experience or familiarity with the cybersecurity or education industry is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented and results-driven mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
