Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Executive
to support our branch operations in Calicut. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, loan processing, customer coordination, and back-office activities to ensure smooth and efficient branch functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operational activities of the branch.
Process loan applications, verify documents, and ensure accuracy before submission.
Maintain and update customer records and loan files.
Coordinate with credit, collections, and accounts teams for timely disbursements and payments.
Support the Branch Manager in compliance, reporting, and audit requirements.
Manage customer queries and ensure high service satisfaction.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure data accuracy in internal systems.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in operations, documentation, or back-office roles (preferably in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions).
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and financial documentation processes.
