Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and provide timely updates on service status. Coordinate with technicians to schedule and follow up on service jobs. Enter and update service details accurately in multi-brand software systems. Maintain records of service jobs, customer information, and feedback. Prepare simple reports on service performance and customer satisfaction. Support day-to-day office tasks and help ensure smooth team coordination
