The Travel & Tourism Operation Executive is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end travel and tourism operations, ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients. This role involves handling bookings, coordinating with suppliers, preparing itineraries, managing documentation, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day travel operations including ticketing, hotel reservations, tour packages, and ground transportation.
Prepare and customize itineraries as per client requirements.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators for bookings and confirmations.
Handle visa processing, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation.
Monitor travel schedules and ensure seamless execution of trips.
Resolve client issues, complaints, or last-minute changes effectively.
Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and travel documents.
Support the sales team in providing operational assistance.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel advisories, and destination knowledge.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in travel operations or a similar role.
Knowledge of ticket and airline portals and booking platforms preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
Preferred male candidates.
