About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

with expertise in

Air Freight and Ocean Freight

operations. The ideal candidate will hold a valid

Dangerous Goods (DG) qualification

and possess excellent communication skills in both

English and Malayalam

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day

Air Freight and Ocean Freight operations

including booking, documentation, and coordination with carriers, agents, and customers. Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments in line with company standards and customer requirements. Manage DG cargo handling as per IATA/IMO regulations and ensure compliance with all safety and legal requirements. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth movement of cargo. Prepare and verify shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and airway bills. Provide updates to customers on shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly. Maintain strong working relationships with airlines, shipping lines, and other logistics partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field). Minimum [5-7 years] of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics (Air & Ocean operations).

Valid DG Qualification & Certificate (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of freight documentation, customs processes, and compliance regulations. Fluency in

English and Malayalam

(spoken and written). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and freight management systems is an added advantage.
