Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring daily operational activities.
Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure seamless workflows.
Logistics Coordination
:
Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
Ensure timely distribution of academic and operational materials.
Data Management
:
Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making and operational improvements.
Event and Activity Coordination
:
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and training sessions.
Manage logistics, including venue booking, participant communication, and material preparation.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management

Act as a primary point of contact for vendors and external stakeholders.
Assist in negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance.
Compliance and Documentation
