We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Operations Executive

to oversee and enhance daily retail operations. The ideal candidate must have

4-6 years of experience in the retail sector

, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage and optimize processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations across locations Monitor inventory, supply chain, and store performance Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Ensure adherence to company standards and compliance protocols Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and store managers Analyze data and prepare reports to improve efficiency and reduce costs Support business growth and profitability initiatives Handle escalations and provide resolution to operational challenges

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field 4-6 years of relevant work experience in

retail operations (mandatory)

Strong leadership and team coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and retail software Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Age: Below 40 years

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of inventory management systems Experience with retail KPIs and metrics Familiarity with visual merchandising and store compliance
