Domestic Travel Operations Executive



Location: Mahatma Gandhi road, near Shenoy's. Kochi Kerala.

Experience: 2-5 years in domestic travel operations

Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage domestic travel operations for both B2B and B2C segments. The role includes handling bookings, designing itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients across India.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Operations



Coordinate with travel agents, corporate clients, and sub-agents for domestic packages. Create and share tailor-made itineraries and quotations. Build and maintain vendor and agent relationships across India. Ensure timely confirmations from hotels, transport, and sightseeing vendors.

B2C Operations



Handle individual and family travel bookings. Customize travel plans based on client requirements and budgets. Provide detailed travel information including hotel details, transfers, and sightseeing plans. Offer after-booking support and follow-ups with clients.

Operational Tasks



End-to-end booking management - hotels, transport, activities. Prepare travel documents - vouchers, itineraries, invoices. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth execution of services. Resolve complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate/ Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality or equivalent field. 2-5 years of experience in domestic travel operations (B2B & B2C). Knowledge of key domestic destinations Pan India Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office, Excel ,email, and basic travel CRM tools. Excellent time management and multitasking ability.

B2B Sales



Coordinate with travel agents, corporate clients, and DMCs for bookings and packages. Prepare quotations, travel itineraries, and proposals for agents and corporate clients. Manage relationships with B2B partners and onboard new agencies. Negotiate and close deals with vendors, hotels, and transport service providers.

B2C Sales



Handle direct customer queries for domestic and international travel. Customize itineraries based on client preferences and budgets. Provide visa assistance, travel insurance, and forex guidance where required. Ensure timely confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents.

Salary: 20000 to 30000
