Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational activities in a fintech environment. The role focuses on BBPS client onboarding, merchant onboarding on payment gateways, payment operations, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding (BBPS)

Manage end-to-end BBPS client onboarding, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely activation. Identify and resolve onboarding-related issues to prevent delays and ensure compliance. Coordinate with internal teams and BBPS partners for seamless onboarding execution.
Merchant Onboarding (Payment Gateways)

Onboard merchants on various Payment Gateways. Collect, verify, and manage required documentation and complete KYC processes. Create merchant accounts and ensure successful activation on PG platforms.
Account Issue Resolution

Handle merchant account issues, including deactivated account reactivation (e.g., Kerala Vision LCO on Cashfree). Coordinate with payment partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Payment Operations

Manage payment collection operations, ensuring proper tracking and reconciliation. Support smooth payment flows and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
Reporting & MIS

Prepare and update daily and monthly transaction reports (MIS). Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
Documentation & Compliance

Process and maintain agreements, legal documents, and confidential company records. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for audits and operational reference.
Required Skills & Experience

Experience in fintech or payment operations Knowledge of BBPS, payment gateways, merchant onboarding, and KYC Experience in payment reconciliation and MIS reporting Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and compliance standards
