Roles & Responsibilities
? Assist in managing daily operations related to training coordination and support
? Connect with women interested in the program and help them complete the enrollment
process
? Maintain accurate records of payments, and participant progress
? Coordinate between participants and trainers to schedule sessions
? Support the recruitment of trainers and manage their onboarding documentation
? Keep track of trainer payments and operational costs
? Collaborate with the internal team to resolve participant issues and ensure smooth
training delivery
? Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing training batches
Skills & Qualifications
? Graduate degree or diploma in any discipline
? 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
? Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English (spoken)
? Strong communication and multitasking abilities
? Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic online tools
? Well-organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
? Must be willing to do calling and manage onground ops
