Job Description

An Operations Executive for an E-commerce Warehouse Central Team is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. Their responsibilities may include:

Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules Monitoring Outbound, Inward, Returns and RTV Operations To work on the assignments and projects assigned by Ast Manager and Manager. Examining warehouse operations SOP being followed in all the warehouses. Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organizing employee training and developing teamwork initiatives Communicating with other teams for follow-ups on dependent tasks. Responsible for warehouse checklist, hygiene and cleanliness.

A focus on customer service and the ability to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualification:

Engineer/BBM/BSC, Min above 65% in 10, 12 and Engineering. Very Good vocabulary in English and Hindi. Microsoft Excel (Very Good hold on excel usage). Experience of 0-2 years. Maintains a To-Do List.
